As a community service, the Gulfport Public Library will be hosting a gentle yoga class once a month starting Tuesday Nov 28th 10:15-11:15 AM. Come nourish your body and spirit with mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. This slow paced class welcomes all levels and each month will feature a different set of postures. Please bring props if you want them. The class is taught by Christa Fairbrother, RYT and Certified Yoga for Arthritis Instructor.
