I’m taking over the chair yoga class at the West Branch Community Library as a long term sub. Each week we’ll focus on postures for flexibility, strength and balance with the goal of improving activities of daily living. We’ll also be practicing breathwork and meditation for reducing stress. It’s a wonderful community of yogis so come join us and have some fun. By donation.
