Live in the Old Northeast neighborhood and looking for yoga you can walk to?  This class is in the workout room at North Shore Pool.   Each week we’ll practice a different series of postures, breathing practices, and/or meditation practices.  This class welcomes all levels and includes chair yogis.  Yoga for Arthritis is an evidence based program shown to reduce pain, improve balance and flexibility, and improve your mood.  Come join us!

 

Please bring a mat, any other yoga props you like and water if you like while you practice.

Monthly passes are available for $30.
