Yoga for Arthritis is an evidence based program shown to reduce pain, improve balance and flexibility, and improve your mood. Each week we’ll practice a different series of postures, breathing practices, and/or meditation practices focused on reducing pain and increasing flexibility. This class welcomes all levels and includes chair yogis. This class is in the workout room at North Shore Pool. Come join us! Please bring a mat, any other yoga props you like and water if you like while you practice.

Monthly passes are available for $35, daily class $10.
